Our Specialty
We specialise in helping clinic owners achieve significant growth through Facebook and Instagram ads. We use those platforms to generate leads and your job as an appointment setter is to call these leads up, answer questions, and turn the lead into an appointment.

We are currently looking for an Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team at Social Atlas.
In this role, you'll be responsible for converting leads generated through our marketing efforts into scheduled appointments for our clients.
Effective communication, objection handling, and the ability to build trust with our target audience are essential skills.
While we provide necessary training to familiarize you with our brand and environment, prior experience in telemarketing, sales, and call center environments is a ,must.
Join us in facilitating valuable connections between potential clients and our services.
We generate leads for our dental clients and you help them schedule appointments.
Accurately update the CRM with each lead touch point.
Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role.
Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments.
Properly explain the services to prospective client when scheduling appointments.
Strategically handle any appointments setting objections.
Resolve questions quickly and effectively.
2+ years proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales experience.
Due to the nature of our business we require a neutral American/US/UK accent.
Confident speaker, someone who doesn't consistently stutter or break down under pressure.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Great at receiving feedback and takes the time to improve on mistakes to get better.
Articulate, empathetic, and possess active listening skills. A significant part of this role involves effective communication.
Experience in using CRM software is a plus
Starting Monthly Salary: 16,500 ZAR + Performance Commission
Remote position (work from anywhere)
Working Hours: 10am - 6pm UK Time
Access to in-depth training and education in marketing + appointment setting
